One of my teas were out of stock. I had to contact customer care to ask why it was taking so long and they offered to replace that tea with any other available one. The package then arrived very quickly and customer care replies were prompt and friendly.

I would rate it four and a half . I am not a big fan of chamomile flavour while I love rose flavour. I thought the combi will be great. But I was a wee bit disappointed but its okay. Nothing to complain about the tea. Maybe it's my personal taste.

I got a sample pack of teas from Tea Trunk, and have so far tried hibiscus, blue pea, lavender and spearmint. The spearmint is absolutely great. I haven't had herbal teas before so I don't have anything to compare these by, but i'm impressed by these nonetheless.
