Please store Chamomile Herb Tea in the foil pouch in the tea tin or transfer to an airtight container, kept in a cool dark place.If not consumed immediately teas should be stored in the fridge.

12. How do l store the tea bags to use it again?
Loose Leaves and Teabags once used need to be stored in a cool dry place, or you can store them in a little water in the fridge, the loose leaves/tea bags will last for 4-5 days. To rebrew the tea just add hot water and steep for longer than the first steep.

As Matcha is high in caffeine we do not recommend it on an empty stomach. Matcha is loaded with antioxidants EGCG and catechins which absorb into the skin to fight the sebum and bacteria that cause acne. You can also make a paste with Matcha and apply it topically to reduce inflammation from acne.
