Store in the pouch or transfer to an airtight container, kept in cool dark place. If not consumed immediately it should be stored in the refrigerator.

If storing in the freezer, pack in small completely airtight packets or jars. Before use, wait for it to reach room temperature to prevent any condensation. Each packet should be used within a week after opening.

Add 1-2 tsp of Chaga mushroom bits to 1 cup of water and steep for 10-12 mins.

Strain and add sweetener of your choice. (we recommend honey).

Tea can be consumed hot or iced and can be re-heated.

Chaga is an anti-ageing, immunity-boosting powerhouse, packed with Beta-glucans and adaptogenic betulinic acid. It is known to fight chronic inflammation and improve liver health. It also functions as a prebiotic and promotes gut health. Verified researched studies have found that chaga may effectively prevent cancer and may slow tumor growth.

How To Brew ?

Step 1

Boil the water: Heat water to 80°C (not boiling).

Step 2

Add tea: Use 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea or 1 tea bag per cup (150ml) of water.

Step 3

Pour hot water: Always pour hot water at 80°C onto the tea leaves, not the other way around.

Step 4

Steep the tea: Let the tea steep for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Rebrew (optional): All our teas (in tea bags or loose leaf) can be rebrewed. Just add hot water and steep for longer than the first steep.

Storage Instructions
