  • 1. Heyy, so how do we consume this? Just steep it in some water and Strain it?

    You may follow these instructions to consume the tulsi leaves- Add 1 teaspoon per cup (150ml), always pour hot water (80°C) on the leaves, and not the other way around. Steep for 2-3 minutes. You can also add it to your daily health drink.
