Health benefits: Well-known for its soothing fragrance, lavender is used in many beauty products. A warm cup of lavender tea has the same calming effect on your senses. By limiting the action of the stress hormone, lavender promotes relaxation and sleep. These buds can also be used for baking yummy desserts!
Brewing instructions: For a hot brew, add 1 teaspoon per cup (150ml). Always pour hot water (80°C) on the buds and not the other way around. Steep for 2-3 minutes.
Storage advice: Store in the pouch or transfer to an airtight container, kept in cool dark place. If not consumed immediately it should be stored in the refrigerator.
If storing in the refrigerator/ freezer, pack in small completely airtight packets or jars. Before use, wait for it to reach room temperature to prevent any condensation.
