Red clover flower is a tonic known to balance hormones and promote fertility among women. It is a plant based source of estrogen. Known as phytoestrogens, these natural compounds mimic the effects of estrogen in the body. Beneficial parts include top flowering buds and leaves.

Ingredients: Red Clover flowers and leaves
Brewing instructions: For a hot brew, add 1 teaspoon per cup (150ml). Always pour hot water (80°C) on the flowers and not the other way around. Steep for 10-15 minutes(or longer if you prefer), strain and enjoy!
Storage advice: Store in the pouch or transfer to an airtight container, kept in cool dark place. If not consumed immediately it should be stored in the refrigerator.
If storing in the freezer, pack in small completely airtight packets or jars. Before use, wait for it to reach room temperature to prevent any condensation. Each packet should be used within a week after opening.
**Disclaimer: Though generally recognized as safe, red clover has minor estrogenic properties and hence should be avoided by those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Also those with bleeding disorders or who take hormone replacement therapy should avoid the same.
