Black Tea - Assam, India ; Apple bits - Kashmir, India ; Vanilla, Cinnamon, Star anise, Cloves - Kerala, India

Assam Black Tea, vanilla, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, ginger, accented by hearty apple, orange peel and cherry bits.

Smooth, fruity and balanced. Makes an intense, dark brew. Reminiscent of a rich, indulgent plum cake.

Store in the foil pouch in the tea tin or transfer to an airtight container, kept in cool dark place. If not consumed immediately teas should be stored in the refrigerator. If storing in the refrigerator/ freezer, pack in small completely airtight packets or jars. Before use, wait for the tea to reach room temperature to prevent any condensation.

Add 1 teaspoon or 1 tea bag per cup (150ml).

Always pour hot water (100°C) on the tea leaves and not the other way around. Steep for 3-4 minutes.

All our teas in tea bags or loose leaf can be rebrewed. Just add hot water and steep for longer than the first steep
