Organic cacao, organic cane sugar (less than 10%) and Japanese matcha green tea.

Power packed with the health benefits of matcha and goodness of cacao, together they make the ultimate energy booster. The strong grassy taste of matcha blends is balanced with the earthy notes of cacao.

Matcha should either be stored in the freezer, if you plan on not opening it for a while, or in the fridge, once it’s opened. In both cases, store in an air-tight container away from light. Improper storage can affect the vibrancy, colour, and taste of Matcha.

To 1gm of Matcha, add 150ML of hot water

For best results, use water just before boiling point

Whisk vigorously with a stirrer or a milk frother until the tea is frothy

Drink up! if you like your Matcha stronger, add another 1gm of Matcha and repeat the process.

Cacao, derived from Theobroma Cacao beans, which literally means “Food of the Gods” is an excellent source of nutrients. A superfood rich in antioxidants, our cacao is raw, unprocessed and non-alkalised. It is known for its anti-aging properties and high magnesium content. Our cacao is sourced from our friends at Mason & Co, Craftsmen of Chocolate.

How To Brew ?

Step 1

Add Matcha: To 1g of Matcha, add a little hot water.

Step 2

Whisk the paste: Whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk, stirrer, or milk frother until a thick paste is formed.

Step 3

Add hot water: Keep adding small amounts of hot water, whisking with each addition (up to 150ml), until the tea is frothy.

Step 4

Froth the tea: Continue whisking until the Matcha becomes frothy.

Step 5

Drink up: Enjoy your tea! For a stronger cup, add one more teaspoon of Matcha to the mix.

Storage Instructions

Store in the foil pouch in the tea tin or transfer to an airtight container, kept in cool dark place. If not consumed immediately teas should be stored in the refrigerator.

If storing in the refrigerator/ freezer, pack in small completely airtight packets or jars. Before use, wait for the tea to reach room temperature to prevent any condensation.
