White tea, lavender flowers, orange peel and mint.

Tasting notes are floral, citrus and velvety. Makes a light, clear liquor. White tea has a natural honey dew flavour that complements the balmy notes of lavender flower.

Store in the foil pouch in the tea tin or transfer to an airtight container, kept in cool dark place.If not consumed immediately teas should be stored in the refrigerator.

If storing in the refrigerator/ freezer, pack in small completely airtight packets or jars. Before use, wait for the tea to reach room temperature to prevent any condensation.

Add 1 teaspoon or 1 tea bag per cup (150ml).

Always pour hot water (80°C) on the tea leaves and not the other way around.

Steep for 2-3 minutes. All our teas in tea bags or loose leaf can be rebrewed. Just add hot water and steep for longer than the first steep

How To Brew ?

Step 1

Boil the water: Heat water to 80°C (not boiling).

Step 2

Add tea: Use 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea or 1 tea bag per cup (150ml) of water.

Step 3

Pour hot water: Always pour hot water at 80°C onto the tea leaves, not the other way around.

Step 4

Steep the tea: Let the tea steep for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Rebrew (optional): All our teas (in tea bags or loose leaf) can be rebrewed. Just add hot water and steep for longer than the first steep.

Storage Instructions

Malty, soothing and just the right about of herby

Love lavender and wondered how it tastes in tea? Blindly go for this if you like lavender in general. The white tea with subtle citrus makes it the perfect tea to drink. I'm not sure how it tastes cold but I absolutely love this tea!
