Healing with Himalayan Herbs

A recent intriguing study published by the “journal Annals of Internal Medicine” in China was carried out on 456,155 participants. It revealed that those who drank scalding hot tea, combined with excessive daily alcohol consumption increased their chances of being diagnosed with esophageal cancer by up to 5 times. With lifestyle diseases such as this one increasing in number and affecting millions of people around the world, many health enthusiasts are seeking solace in the Himalayas.

The Himalayas are secured firmly on the world map, as it is home to Mount Everest, the world’s largest mountain.
