Make your own bath salts with Tea

Walk past any newsstand and you will see an array of superstars on glossy magazines with their pearly white teeth gleaming, well-groomed hair and glowing skin. The reality is the large majority of these pictures are airbrushed to such an extent you probably would not recognize them if they walk past you in the street. Truth be told, we all secretly wish to follow in their footsteps and look glamorous, young and healthy. So how can we keep our skin looking flawless? Bath salts!


Matcha green tea bath salt recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup bath salt

3 tablespoons matcha powder

4 drops peppermint essential oil

Instructions:

(a)  Mix the ingredients into a hot tub of water

(b)  Soak in bath for twenty minutes

(c) After bath rinse body and dry skin well with a towel

(d) Rest for sometime

5 spoons green tea

1 cup bath salt

2 cups baking soda

10 drops of lavender essential oil
