Here's our take on a light summery cocktail perfect for this season. It's also a great choice to show off your mixology skills, especially when entertaining. The hibiscus petals add a lovely ruby red hue along with a little tartness, while the thyme and strawberries compliment gin perfectly.
Infuse hibiscus petals (5-8 petals per cup (240ml) of alcohol) in any clear alcohol - gin/vodka/ white rum/ tequila for half an hour.
For a non-alcoholic version, replace the alcohol with warm water.
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and pour into a clean glass. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
