Nettle leaves: Safe to consume during the second and third trimester of pregnancy, nettle leaf tea is a rich source of folic acid, an essential nutrient during pregnancy. It also helps to strengthen the kidneys and flush out toxins from the body. Postpartum, nettle is known to help increase breast milk production.
Chamomile mint: The blend of chamomile and mint is both soothing and refreshing. Best consumed from the second trimester onwards. It is known to help in soothing an upset stomach, curbing nausea and relieving mild headaches.
