1. Chamomile Herb Tea - Generally considered safe to consume from the second trimester onwards, Chamomile tea is a soothing blend that is known to help relieve feelings of anxiety and stress and can help you get a good night's sleep. 

2. Chamomile Rose Tea - Unwind with our Chamomile Rose infusion, a caffeine-free blend that soothes nerves, aids digestion, and promotes restful sleep—perfect for moms-to-be seeking a moment of tranquility.

3. Chamomile Mint Tea - The blend of chamomile and mint is both soothing and refreshing. Best consumed from the second trimester onwards. It is known to help in soothing an upset stomach, curbing nausea and relieving mild headaches.

4. Lavender Buds- Known for its soothing fragrance and calming effect on the senses, lavender is generally considered safe to consume during pregnancy. Lavender is also known to promote relaxation and sleep which is definitely something every new mom needs.

5. Hibiscus Petals-  Known for their calming properties, can help promote restful sleep by reducing anxiety and stress levels.

6. Hibiscus Green Tea- Perfect for detoxing and boosting your mood, whether served hot or iced. Ideal for moms-to-be, this tea offers a delightful pick-me-up, but should be enjoyed in moderation because of its caffeine content.

Disclaimer: Results may vary from person to person and hence it's important to check with your physician before consuming these teas especially if you're on any other medication. Also all teas are to be consumed in moderation, especially during pregnancy. A maximum of 1-2 small cups are recommended per day.
