Storage advice: Store in the foil pouch in the tea tin or transfer to an airtight container, kept in cool dark place.

If storing in the refrigerator/ freezer, pack in small completely airtight packets or jars. Before use, wait for the tea to reach room temperature to prevent any condensation. Each packet should be used within a week after opening.

  • 1. How is this tea prepared? What is the proportion of milk, tea powder and water to be added?

    Our Marigold Green Tea is best recommended to drink plain without Milk or Sugar. Add 1 teaspoon of our loose leaf tea to 150ml of water, pour hot water on the tea leaves and steep it for 2-3 mins. Pairs well with Gulab Jamuns, Baklava, Rice Crackers. You can try our Masala Chai Black Tea which can be consumed with Milk.

    Yes, most of our teas are Organic Teas. Our Marigold Green Tea is 100% natural and pure Organic Green Tea made with petals of Yellow and Orange Marigold flower, Lemongrass bits with the goodness of Green Tea.

  • 3. What is the caffeine content in one cup of this tea?

    1 cup of green tea contains between 30 and 50 mg of caffeine. The recommended maximum amount of caffeine per day is 400 mg, which is the equivalent to around 8 cups of green tea. However, it's best that you don't drink several cups in a day, especially if you are sensitive to caffeine.
