RECIPE FOR: Lemon Green Tea & Honey Cupcakes
Delicate Green Tea infused with real lemon peels adds a refreshing twist to your favourite cupcake recipe. If you love your green tea, why not eat it too.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 cup buttermilk, 1/2 cup butter, 3/4 cup honey, 2 large eggs
SERVES:
12-14 cupcakes
OUR PICK:
1 Tea Trunk Lemon Green Tea bag
WATER 1/2 cup
BREWING TIME - 3 minutes
WATER TEMPERATURE - 80° C


DIRECTIONS:
Brew tea as instructed and allow to cool. Mix with buttermilk; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients to make the cake batter. Add the lemon tea mixture to the batter. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 18-22 minutes


RECIPE FOR : Vanilla Peach Iced Tea
Real vanilla beans infused with robust Black Tea adds a sparkle to your favorite peach Iced Tea.


INGREDIENTS
3 tbps Demerara sugar,
2 ripe peaches - pitted and sliced, mint
SERVES: 6 lucky folks
OUR PICK: 4 Tea Trunk Vanilla Black Tea bags
WATER-6 cups
BREWING TIME- 3-5 minutes


DIRECTIONS
Brew tea as instructed. Add sliced peaches to tea and boil. Simmer for 5-6 minutes, and then add sugar. Allow the tea to cool and strain. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Include a few peach slices in each glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.


RECIPE FOR: Vanilla Tea Infused Strawberry Jam
Sweet strawberries balanced with earthiness of vanilla black tea, that will make your toasts go yay!

INGREDIENTS
2 kgs strawberries, juice from one lemon, 11/2 cups sugar
SERVES: 5x 500ml pretty glass jars
OUR PICK: 4 Tea Trunk Vanilla Black Tea bags
BREWING TIME - Till fruit softens
TEMPERATURE- 100° C


DIRECTIONS
Add tea bags to quartered strawberries, lemon juice and sugar in a large pot. Bring to boil, stirring frequently for a good 5 minutes. When fruit softens remove tea bags. Strain to get pulp. Simmer pulp for 1/2-2 hours, stirring till pulp thickens.

RECIPE FOR: Ginger Orange Iced Tea


Ginger infused with robust whole-leaf Assam black teawith
fresh orange juice. De-congesting
the mind and body.


INGREDIENTS:
3 tbps sugar, Fresh juice of 2 oranges, mint
SERVES: 6 lucky folks

WATER- 6 cups
BREWING TIME - 3-5 minutes
WATER TEMPERATURE - 100 C


DIRECTIONS
Brew tea as instructed. Addfresh orangejuiceto tea andadd sugar. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Include a sliceof orange in each glass. Gamish with
a sprig of mint.


RECIPE FOR: Rose Oolong MiniCupcakes
Delightful cupcakes with the sweetness of rose. Perfect for when you're feeling indulgent.


SERVES: 4-5 mini cupcakes
OUR PICK: 2Tea TrunkRose Oolong Teabag
WATER- 1 Cup
BREWING TIME: 3-5 minutes
WATER TEMPERATURE- 80'C


DIRECTIONS
Add 2 tsp. sugar & rose water to tea while brewing as instructed. Melt butter and set aside to cool. Beat eggs, 1/2 cup sugar & salt for about 8 min.Add 2 tbsps.oftea mixture & stir. Fold the flour in this mixture little at a time. Add the melted butter to it.Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake ingredients. And serve.
