A new batch of samples arrived from Darjeeling yesterday and I've started tasting fresh new teas from this season. It's a long and slow process of tasting, brewing each cup with the care and caution it requires.
Took a break from the tasting table to give my feet some rest, when I spotted this "thinking chair". Made from recycled jute bags that are used to store tea, at tea estates.
