INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 3 tablespoons rose concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon matcha
  • 1 teaspoon edible dried rose petals
  • Ice

METHOD

Fill your glass with ice.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the milk and rose syrup. Shake till well incorporated and pour the rose latte into the glass

To make the matcha, you can either rinse out the cocktail shaker, pour in water and Matcha powder and give it a good shake, or bring out a bowl and whisk and do it the traditional way.

Pour Matcha into the cup, over the rose latte and top with edible rose petals.
