Health benefits: Cashew nuts are a storehouse of good fats, folic acid, vitamins, and micronutrients. To activate these nutrients and help the body absorb them better, the nuts have been soaked in water – as recommended in Ayurveda – before being stone ground to a smooth creamy texture. Locally sourced, organic cashews from Goa have a mildly sweet after-taste that pairs well with our Japanese matcha, which has 50x the antioxidants found in spinach. Two natural superfoods blended together to make one super butter – no added flavours, no oils, no dairy, no preservatives.

  • Throw in your favourite dry fruits, some muesli or oats and a dollop of this butter to make you DIY energy ball or bar. 
  • Use it as a glaze on vegan cakes or desserts
  • Bake with it – add it to your cookie and brownie recipes
  • Makes a great topping for pancakes
