Drink Tea in Harmony with Seasons

Each season has its purpose. During the monsoons the earth rests. It is almost as if everything stops for a minute and takes a collective deep breath. The dust from summer is washed away, plants sprout again, and the pace of life dulls a little. Maybe it’s time to take a cue from nature and pause too. Often enough we don’t have a moment to spare. Calendar invites, proposals to send, meetings to schedule. What about our rejuvenation? Happens while you’re asleep, right? Or does it? According to a recent study over 80% of our population suffers disturbed sleep.  With an errand list as the background score to your sweet dreams, we wouldn’t blame you for waking up screaming.
Take a minute, close your eyes and just stop! What if, for a moment you weren’t here, or anywhere. You drift away. Notice how it affects your sleep and focus. Breaking away to meditate and heal yourself isn’t always possible, or easy, which is why we decided to help. We couldn’t think of a more apt time to launch our latest tea, Camomile Herb Tea. Pure whole flowers of camomile picked from the foothills of the Himalayas. This herbal tea will not only soothe your nerves after a long day, it also has a long list of health benefits to boot. Fighting cramps or a common cold, a cup of this should set you right. So take a moment. Sip, breath, unwind and repeat!
